During the course of an Audit/Review, we research, advise and identify problem areas. The reviews involve attention to all aspects of organisational procedures, including that of Underwriting, Claims, Management and Finance.

We will complete a full review of Risk acceptability, time frames and issuance of documentation in accordance with regulatory compliance, as well as reviewing claims procedure and financial stability of the reviewed party.

If necessary, we will, if agreed by all parties, complete and assist in the implementation of Underwriting, Claims and General office procedure manuals.
